197 months. [report] [news] Monday 18th July 2016. My other half an I test drove the 1.0 Ecoboost engine and a 1.6tdci in the Ford Focus. For driving alone the diesel was a nicer engine. The had mine 3 years and its fine but it is 140hp,(bluefin remap) you will get lots of different opinions on here regarding the 1.0 ecoboost. some hate them , some like them. there are some ongoing issues with the earlier focus ecoboost with coolant loss.
