Thank you A.D and Alex, I'm a 5d Mark II user still and i still have the old 5dc body i still use for time laps stuff. Now, both of these camera's are getting old. It's sad that Canon doesn't care about their users anymore with firmwares.
Doubtful, the write speed so far has been only 45ish mbps, for 4k raw, it would be only able to write 20-30 frames before buffer fills up and drops frames. Where have you seen tests on the 6D Mark II where the write speeds are only 45mb/s? The card slot is supports UHS-1, giving speeds up to 90mb/s IIRC. I'm not aware of any tests being done on

Hi All , I been getting question here and on the forum about how to install magic lantern on a 5D Mark ii CF card correctly . It seem people are having prob
The Magic Lantern projects has given us a lot of extra firmware functionality for free, much of the stuff which should have been in the camera all along. Indeed many features are already in the camera and just need to be turned on. I suspect one such feature that should be in the $6k Canon 1D X is 4K video recording.
There are endless possibilities. Tell me what you think about this result.#magiclantern #5dmarkii #cinematic #filmmaking
