I think something is going hard with gta servers at the moment A moment ago i made perico heist, finished it, got money, i respawn on kosatka and its showing on screen that im missing gun and all others preps are done, it like reverted 15 minutes back before i finished last prep mission and started heist
For the drainage tunnel, it’s not plasma cutter, it’s cutting torch that give you the ability to go via the drainage tunnel. If you don’t have it unlocked, during gather intel go there where drainage tunnel is, after that “cutting torch” prep will be unlocked. Don’t do demolition charges prep at all after that.
So far there are 4 different confirmed locations. At the airport, as you mentioned, beside one of the buildings at the northeast dock, next to some shipping crates at the main dock, and a bit down the road from the compound. I was searching like a mad man last night online for tips and those are the only 4 I saw people mentioning.
And if u have the cutting torch u can still use drainage tunnel as a infiltration point. Yes it says "mandatory" but if u have cutting torch it isnt needed. It's how I run the hiest along with many other players. U can try restating, clearing cache or submitting a ticket if this problem continues to persist.

We then basically just rush the gate, kill the guards in the car and the bike, take the car and RUSH to the boat on the main docks and escape! Obviously this method just depends on spawn rates and locations of the gold on the compound but i think there should always be enough.
